We currently service hundreds of HOA communities in the DFW area and are the industry leaders in trash can porter service.
We are approved vendors for many different management Companies and are registered with the major vendor approval services. The chances are that we are already approved vendors with your Management Company.

We pin the location, trash can type and service schedule on our advanced operations system

Our trained Operators arrive at pre-determined days in the week, depending on the agreed frequency of service

We remove the trash and insert contractor grade can liner

We take photos of every serviced trash can - showing full history of services provided
(all information available on our online portal providing full traceability of the service including date and time stamps. All of which can be viewed by HOA Manager and Board members)

- We can take over the service of existing outdoor trash cans or can help you start from scratch with newly installed trash cans, including the concrete base.
- Our trucks are clearly marked and we carry the highest available levels of insurance.
- We help you with the choice of location and can advise on the suitable number of outdoor courtesy trash cans for your community.

Our trash can service consists of:
– Remove trash and replace the can liner in the receptacle
– Pick up any obvious trash debris around the can (at extra cost)
– Remove and dispose of the trash off site
